You must fully complete the online registration process so we have all necessary details and information in order to Safeguard your child.

I acknowledge and accept Tutu’s & Unicorns ® / Street Kidz ® do not have any liability in respect of any injuries sustained by children or adults inside or outside our event venues, or in respect of any loss or damage occurring to children or adults belongings whilst attending an event inside our outside our event venues, therefore you may wish to take out private insurance cover.

In the event that my child is injured whilst attending an event, and where both the emergency contacts cannot be contacted on any number(s) provided, I herby give my consent for my child to receive any necessary help or medical treatment.

You must declare all medical conditions during the online registration process and keep us up-to-date should this change by contacting us direct in writing using the given email address or phone number provided., as well as keeping your info up-to-date on the Class For Kids booking system.

You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.

Tutu’s & Unicorns ® and Street Kidz ® have the right to cancel or amend any of the event details. Should this happen, an alternative date for the event will be given, and Tutu’s & Unicorns ® / Street Kidz ® will not be responsible for any further compensation. A refund will not be issued if you cannot attend the re scheduled event. If it is not possible for us to re schedule the event a refund will be given.

We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances.

Your booking is not confirmed until full payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.

Your child may be photographed or videoed for use in future publications including our Tutu’s & Unicorns ® / Street Kidz ® Facebook page, Instagram profile and website. If you do not want your child to be photographed or videoed, please make this clear when completing the online registration process. You must keep us up-to-date in writing should this change using the given email address or phone number provided.

Tutu’s & Unicorns ® / Street Kidz ® have the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.

Payment of the fee and completion of the online registration process will be considered acceptance of these conditions of booking

All fees must be paid in full to secure your place.
